TRENTON — Despite the protests of dozens of New Jersey gun-rights supporters — including a 9-year-old girl — a state Assembly panel today approved a bill that would reduce the number of bullets an ammunition magazine could hold from 15 to 10.

This would ban every popular tube loading .22 rifle made as well as many handguns. There doesn't seem to even be a grandfather clause that EVEN Connecticut had in their gun grab bill. OK Christie!( Rino) What you gonna do ?

The 2014 election could be our last, as could the 2016. We need to fight as if we understood that. This proposed infringement on our right to keep and bear arms, which implicitly includes the right to have ammo in those arms, is unacceptable, unconstitutional, and dangerous.
