This is a few days old but a search did not turn it up here on FR. It's a splendid example of the perennial Liberal double standard.

Yeah right. Isn’t Montana the home of Obama’s ACA author?
I’m sure these idiot liberals want to turn that page.

He should offer to produce his after Obama does.

Fifth Generation would be plausible only if he were an Indian. Check his feet and see if they are black. (Black-feet were the tribe in Montana) Lewis and Clark were the first white people that went through Montana in the 1800s.

No, it’s just getting started. He’s the Tea Party candidate running for the US Senate. Why we can’t find someone who will be consistent on this sort of thing is beyond me, but the double standard by the Marxists is pretty much par for the course.
Who gives a rip how many generations he’s a Montanan? He’s the conservative. His opponent is playing ball with the gay color guard and far left.

My family came to Florida in 1819 and I am a 7th generation Floridian so he could be a 5th....certainly a 3rd.

Just a reminder that the term ‘double standard’ would require the Left to have standards. The end justifies the means thus anything goes.

Montana became a state in 1889, that’s 6 generations ago if you go by the standard 20 years.

Do we need to dig deep into his Ancestry.com profile to get to the bottom of this?”

No Ancestry .com is not reliable when it comes to truth about birthdates and families..
Why not just ask him to produce actual birth certificates ???
