Socialists are mentally challenged. They never learn from the past. They believe that by supporting a socialist dictator they will endear themselves on the megalomaniac and assure a privileged future. The reality is that once the socialist dictator gains absolute power, he has no need for them as useful idiots. Very quickly there comes a time when even the socialist who supported the dictator's rise to power becomes disenchanted with his heavy hand as it strikes in their direction. Then they start pushing back and become a threat to the dictator who will exterminate them along with all others who threaten him. Today's socialist doesn't understand this hard reality. They claim that because Hitler dealt harshly with socialist that he could not have been a socialist himself. The cold hard fact is the only thing that mattered to Hitler was Hitler. The same is true with Zero. The parallels are consistent and clear. For example, even now in this country there are quiet rumblings by the socialist MSM over Zero's First Amendment violations. These MSM facilitators better wake up because if the push back is too strong, they will soon find themselves on Zero's hit list along with the rest of us.

That’s why Ayn Rand just called them all collectivists. Their only real difference is how much they admit they are organized around Dear Leader. But their nature is strictly hierarchical, so there is always a Dear Leader. And their purpose is always power for power’s sake through strict hierarchical ranking - so, of course, they will always say they are about equality. After all, if they told the truth it would simply be that they want to turn the world into a prison camp, and that never sells very well to the stupid masses who don’t know what is best for them.

Exciting times in 1933 when the National Socialist German Labor Party brought Hope and Change to Germany and with it an exciting young leader.

Exactly

The Republicans are as good as winning wars (political) as the NAZIs were at winning at winning wars (military).
