Majority of Americans Reject Myth of “Man-Made Global Warming”

More conservatives than liberals know that the earth revolves around the sun, that astrology isn’t real and that neither is man-made Global Warming.

In a new poll, the majority of Americans sensibly rejected the man-made Global Warming hoax, while only 46% continued to believe in the discredited theory.

Democrats, who in another poll were shown as 20% less likely than Republicans to know that the earth revolves around the sun, were also credulous enough to believe in man-made Global Warming by 66% to 25%.

An earlier poll had also shown that 49% of Democrats believed that astrology was scientific and only 48% knew that the earth revolves around the sun.

Republicans rejected the man-made Global Warming myth by 69%. Independents, who were less likely than Republicans, but more likely than Democrats to know that the earth revolves around the sun, also fell in the middle with only 43% believing in man-made Global Warming.

As credulous as Democrats are, only 13% of them believed that ObamaCare was working well. Some things are so silly that not even a Democrat will believe in them.

For anyone living in most of the continental US this winter believing that the “earth has a fever” would take quite a stretch.

Actually it means 13% will believe what ever
their party tells them.

And yet, as I walked in with a fellow teacher this morning in -10 degree temps sarcastically blaming the cold on global warming, he suggested that weather disruptions were due to global warming.

These people teach your children - be afraid, be very afraid.

Scientists freely admit that the earth has had many,*many* shifts in weather/climate...including ones that have occurred recently.Just about every one of these shifts occurred before the advent of the internal combustion engine, electricity and indoor heating.

Is "climate change" occurring today? Possibly. Is it man-made? To answer that question those who believe it is should look up how "Greenland" got its name.

It doesn’t matter. The majority of large corporations support it. It will be forced on us by them. How long before they fire people who don’t believe in it.

though I agree with the sentiment

the title is misleading

it is a PLURALITY of Americans who do not think global warming is man made, not a “majority”

48 out of 100 is a plurality; 51 out of 100 is a “mjaority”

the title could have said “More Americans Reject Man Made Claims for Global Warming, Than Those Who Accept Them” (48 vs 44).

AGW is much like eugenics of the last century. Played right by the miscreants behind it could result with equally catastrophic results.

Lots of articles asking "Who will be the world's first trillionaire?"

The primary driving obsession of environmentalism, global warming, and such is the insanity to establish total control over the peoples of the world.

IMO with schemes like "pollution credits" there's also the individual insane obsession of being the world's first trillionaire.

“Science is a fallacy!

Truth comes only from our Democrat leaders!”

I forget if this was on the side of the barn in Animal Farm or on Al Gore’s website....

“Who will be the world's first trillionaire?”

I've said for years that it would be Algore, if the Carbon Credit scam would've gone through.

His cut of the civilization destroying Cap n’ Trade-esque laws and regulations ($700 trillion) would've been in the trillions if they all would've gone through.

But hey, why not make the elites super-rich while we all starve in the dark just in case it works and really does lower the temperature of the Earth by 0.0000045 degrees F over the next 100 years?

Research HAARP. This antenna array heats the atmosphere. If there is man-made global warming, I think this device is the one thing that causes it, AND by their own admission. I’m not opposed to restricting it’s use!

Yeah, I sure am here in Valley Forge, but oh wait, they failed to warn me about the single digits Fahrenheit this winter, or about the upcoming March blizzard this Monday.

There’s kind of a problem being taken seriously when you are running the scientific method backwards.

basic common sense would tell you that if you want to blame something for “climate change” you first have to find a time when the climate was not changing, right?
