I have often wondered if a class action suit filed against individuals like her would be a way to bypass the congress. The findings of a civil suit could be quite damaging in a criminal prosecution. I think I recall an attorney on Hannity (Sukaolow, no pun intended) was defending a few of these organizations.
The response would be the same as always - you don’t have standing. But maybe someone could try.
