Looks like they are trying to blend in with the architectural stonework in the lobby of a lot of high rise buildings in major urban centers or possibly with the granite coloring you might find on headstones in a graveyard.

The Ranger Regiment has been using the Carl Gustav for years. It’s relatively lightweight, simple to operate/maintain and highly effective.
