STAVANGER, Norway — Convicted Norwegian mass killer Anders Behring Breivik has threatened to go on a hunger strike unless he gets access to better video games, a sofa and a larger gym.
In a letter sent to The Associated Press and other media, Breivik writes that the hunger strike would continue until his demands are met or he dies.
Breivik’s lawyer Tord Jordet confirmed Tuesday that the letter was authentic and said his client was waiting for a response from prison authorities on 12 demands before deciding whether to begin a hunger strike sometime during the next eight weeks.

If there ever was a more deserving candidate for capital punishment, I can’t think of one.

Works for me! The nut job is either sane enough to make his choice, or not. If not, then what does it matter what he threatens to do or what he wants? He's a convicted mass murderer, forcryin'outloud!
I had a Turkish taxi driver once in Boston and my friend and I were asking him about the Turkish prisons featured in Midnight Express. He got all huffy about it. Apparently, the Turkish prisons featured in the movie were actually in Malta.
Good lord,let him starve.

That's a toughie ...
So he solves his own problem. Brilliant, and money-saving.
His whole point is to mock the laws of Norway and to point out that Norway has become so liberal that they are willing to stand on a crate and voluntarily put their heads into nooses.
I have an idea. Install a high pressure feeding tube, and pump in food till he bursts!

How about no electricity to his cell, turn the thermostat down to subsistence. Take away his clothing and his mattress and make him sleep on the cement floor. No books, magazines or anything else used for entertainment and let him eat dog kibble, same brand and same type for the rest of his miserable life.
