Stuff really started hitting the fan in Venezuela this week, as public discontent with the ongoing crises of basic goods shortages, runaway inflation, and high crime rates has finally come to a head and protests have started popping up all over the country.

Obama is too concerned with Ugandan deviants than protesters trying to save their country from the tyranny of a feckless dictator.
That's right,Freedom fighters have a leader.
Here’s hoping Maduro ends up dangling from a lamp post.
the only people fighting are Chavistas, the opposition still hangs on to the stupid hope for democracy to fix things
Does anyone know what the goals of these protesters are? Everything I have heard from/about the anti-Maduro crowd is demands for public monies for various causes. I fear that these “freedom fighters” are just another faction of commies who want to oust the current regime so they can be the ones to get first bite at the corpse that was once Venezuela.
And we should care why??
The dictator put out an arrest warrant or something on Leopoldo Lopez, an opposition leader and fmr/future Presidential candidate
Sort of like in the US.
very true

And the media is never going to report this.
