The federal judiciary is out of control. They’re overturning the will of the people and state legislatures throughout the nation. It’s got to stop.

Yet another brilliant federal “judge” engaging in the destruction of America.

Liberals have finally succeeded in controlling all the judicial posts, apparently. They can make it “legal” all they want, but anyone performing such a wedding in the first place is breaking the Law. They will just answer for it later.

BTW: Memo to the black robed clown. There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that says that the states have to recognize two perverts who want to “marry” each other. NOTHING!

They say it is unconstitutional but never say why.

Every one of the court rulings that imposes Gay Marriage on a state and even the DOMA decision has been based on the 14th Amendment.

Therefore, it is time that we as a people to save our Nation, Repeal the 14th Amendment.

Ignore the ruling and enforce the law anyway.

The only real and appropriate response should be the KY AttyGeneral saying, “Following the 10th Amendment of the US Constitution, this decision

IS OF NO EFFECT

on the day-to-day business of the Great Commnwealth of Kentucky.

Well, the impossible has happened. This ‘couple’ has had two children. My high school biology teacher was wrong all those years ago. I knew my spelling teacher was wrong but had some faith in my biology teacher.

So are all state licensing regs now moot? Licensed once, licensed for all or is it just for homosexuals?

How about the real meaning of “been together”? Are they just roommates? Is or was their relationship sexually exclusive just like the expectation of monogamy?

Texas has better than a law that says marriage is between a man and woman. Several years ago, we amended the Texas Constitution so our TEXAS CONSTITUTION says marriage is between a man and a woman.

So, our state does not recognize a freaking marriage between sexual transvestites, gays, lesbians, trans-gender, operation pending, sexual deviates. If the feds sue us, that's another job for Attorney General Abbott to face them down at the Supreme Court like he has done numerous times, and WON.

And, by the way, GREG ABBOTT FOR TEXAS GOVERNOR

I wonder if this concept also applies to my Kentucky CCW when I carry my handgun to Chicago...
