(CNSNews.com) - Speaking with reporters from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel last month, Democratic Rep. Gwen Moore (D-Wis.) said she was “so relieved when [Obama] won,” and would give Obama an ‘A’ in his second term if he would “just occupy the spot.”
When asked by a reporter to give a progress report on Obama’s second term and to grade him, Moore declined to at first saying, “I'm not going to give Obama a grade. I’m glad he’s there. A Grade compared to what? Compared to Mitt Romney being there?”
She then compared Obama’s second term to what would have happened if Romney had won.

Not even close. Mitt would be trying to work with Congress to fix ObamaCare, with the smallest possible changes that would make it function. Other than following the law, and trying not to destroy America more than necessary while implementing socialized medicine, politically Romney would not have been a conservative.

Someone aptly characterized this phenomenon as the “soft racism of low expectations”. It’s like getting a trophy for participation.

This mentality is par for groups who send their kids to school with NO expectation that they will actually LEARN anything... much less graduate!!

We have a political mentality in America which has demonstrated that expediency is THE paramount issue in dealing with social problems ...so comparing the current administration to Naxis who solved THEIR social problems by building furnaces is NOT as extreme as it sounds.

The sad thing is if something this outlandish happened, the press wouldn't even report it. Much like the MSM in Germany in the 30's, the press is wholly owned by the Regime.

I never heard any Madison TV newsreader say there was any connection between Gwen and the stolen violin. Anytime the violin story was on, I listened closely and all 3 stations never mentioned Gwen.
One newsreader I heard said the name of one of the perps as Univeral K. Allah, with a total straight face, having omitted that the K stands for “Knowledge”, making the entire name even more crazy.
If this were a Republican who had some involvement, they’d be screaming it for weeks on every newscast.
I first heard of the connection on the Vickie McKenna show broadcast in Milwaukee the day after the arrest. Vickie is a Madison talk show host whose program runs in Milwaukee in the AM and in Madison in the afternoon. I believe that all of the other news and commentary programs were afraid to mention the connection because it is just a piece of interesting trivia -- nothing more.
What really blows me away, however, is the fact that this street thug knows the Congresswoman and her family and also has had his picture in the paper cutting the hair of Tom Barrett, the Mayor of Milwaukee and former opponent of Gov. Scott Walker in the recall. That's a lot of high powered connections for an ordinary crook. I wonder what will happen with this case? I can't think of any punishment (allowed by law in WI) that is too severe for this crime.
Oh, I thought the 2 Allah guys were actual brothers. I must have read the stories wrong when the news first came out that connected them with Moore. Thanks for the info!
