WASHINGTON – The Obama administration will phase in a requirement that large employers provide their workers with health benefits in 2015 and 2016, offering businesses more relief from the so-called employer mandate in the president’s health law.
Under regulations issued Monday, only employers with more than 100 full-time workers will be subject to fines in 2015 unless they offer coverage.
The requirement that all employers with more than 50 full-time employees provide health benefits or pay fines – which was supposed to begin in 2014 under the Affordable Care Act – will not take effect until 2016.

This flippancy was one thing when a medieval King would issue contradicting royal decress. You send a copy to your Dukes and Earls and Barons or what have you, and they post it on the castle door, or send out a fleet of town criers.
But now we have computer programs to rewrite, inserts in the backs of law books that will be fatter than the law books, and all in contradiction to the law as it is written.
Obama has a pen and a phone. He doesn’t need the law. What a joke.
And this law will still suck in 2015-2016, 2017..

I feel sorry for small businesses with 100-125 employees. The owner will get together with his CPA, HR, COO, and atty, and fire 26 people to be rid of this monstrosity for a year.

Well, I don’t like 0bama playing Fast and Furious with Obamacare, but I’m glad current employees retain their current health care coverage. Bottom line, it’s average people who get hurt in the political squeeze.

Now Obama is changing EVERY ONE of the things the GOP warned about. In other words, conservatives were RIGHT!!
If, for example, I follow Joe Biden's advice, and, "if there’s ever problem, just walk out on the balcony here, walk out, put that double-barrel shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house", I can just inform the police (and SWAT team) that they can't arrest me, because the Obama administration told me to do it?
