North Carolina NAACP President William Barber leads Moral March on Raleigh (80,000 libs)

North Carolina NAACP President William Barber led a massive group Saturday morning through downtown Raleigh in the "Historic Thousands on Jones Street," now turned "Moral March on Raleigh."

It was part of their continuing fight against the Republican led legislature.

The march follows the 13 Moral Mondays seen in Raleigh over the summer, and then several more that followed throughout the state. Now it is back, fusing with the annual "HK on J" march. (SNIP)

Organizers of the march made five demands:

• Secure pro-labor, anti-poverty policies that insure economic sustainability.

• Provide well-funded, quality public education for all.

• Promote health care for all, including affordable access, the expansion of Medicaid,

women's health and environmental justice in every community.

• Address the continuing disparities in the criminal justice system on the basis of race and class.

• Defend and expand voting rights, women's rights, immigrants' rights, LGBT rights and the fundamental principle of equality under the law for all people.

The march brought together a diverse group from Baptists to Muslims and gay marriage supporters to teachers and environmentalists to speak out on what Barber calls "extremism that takes us down the road to destruction."

Even if there were 30,000; if a wandering meteorite or tiny black hole were to suddenly touch the earth exactly where they were at it would wipe out at least 90,000 democrat votes (since they all vote at least 3 times apiece).

These protests are supposed to be about the decisions and policies of the recently elected Republican Governor Pat McCrory...

Why then, did the NAACP have to bus in protesters from surrounding states????

The answer is because McCrory’s policies are accepted by the majority of North Carolinians.......

Environmental justice is code for draconian, economy killing laws based on the Socialist hoax called Climate Change when it’s cold and Global Warming when it’s warm.

They count “protesters” like they count votes.

Libs doing a “Moral March” would have to be the most ironic march ever held!

I knew one wanna be thug a while back. He told me, not making this up, the cops “all be racists up in (city) for hassling mys peopes.” Always complained how all his fringes had frequent run ins with the law, etc. Last I knew he was in the grey bar, serving time as a result of a domestic violence incident, fleeing and assault on a police officer.

But I am supposed to believe these wanna be rapper types are supposed to be peaceful and non-violent like they clam they are. Their is a valid reason most people treat them like violent criminals.
