Were there drinks served before crashing?
A clear case of ‘Arkancide’.
I can believe that . If I had gone from one minute , safe and secure in an aircraft just having taken off for Oahu, and the next minute a half mile offshore , treading water in tiger shark inhabited cold waters , I think I might have a heart attack too.
I thought I read that there was no way to determine that after death.

And what was the Admiral’s name Borda?
Nothing to see here...just move along.
I knew there was something irregular about her death.

Nothing to see here, folks. /s

Therefore, she died of a cardiac arrhythmia?
Isn't that particular kind of a cardiac arrhythmia -- a heart that's not beating -- associated with death from most causes?
Not that unusual, according to FAA statistics 7.5% of Air Transport certificate holders also have a glider rating.
