“The Sunday Morning Bray”, by Bray!

And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Matt 12:31

Marxists by definition have to be more intelligent than anybody else or they would be forced to have results. Obamacare is the perfect example, it is an absolute disaster which has forced more people off of their healthcare than will ever be covered and they refuse to accept any responsibility. It has directly cost more people jobs than have become enrollees, yet no sympathy at all for these destroyed lives. Everybody from Obama to Pelosi will never admit this Democrat nightmare is a failure so they either ignore the obvious or lie with conviction that it is not the economic monstrosity everyone knows it is. They will deflect and obscure until it completely collapses and/or is replaced by National healthcare.

Being a liberal is the easiest thing politically a person can become since there is no expectation, there is no explanation and there are no results. All you have to do is attack the things that make America work and vilify, vilify, vilify. If you can do that you will have the entire establishment eating out of your hand. The only thing they are really any good at is tearing down anybody or anything that goes against their world view. Liberals believe they are cutting edge theory and trying to rid the world of old thinking when their economic and political philosophy has not changed since the early 1900s. As with everything Obama and his Party has promoted in the past thirty years, it is simply Marxism and having to compromise with Republicans as little as necessary.

Their primary weapon for advancing their agenda is making everyone who disagrees with them a xenophobe making their opinion not worthy of serious consideration. This tactic really began with abortion when they made the claim if you are not a woman you have no right to an opinion. They then built their pro-Marxist activists such as NOW to be the spokeswomen for abortion making the argument one sided. Their allies in the Three Pillars of Propaganda (media, academia and the DNC) declared the pro-abortion side the winners of the debate after Roe v Wade decision and the liberals celebrated victory. Those who opposed were declared sexist and insensitive to women’s issues and any woman who opposed abortion was a traitor to her race.

Next they moved to welfare and affirmative action declaring anybody who disagreed as a rich insensitive White person who can never understand the oppression of being black in White America. Never mind many of those were White promoting Marxism or Black racists like Jessie Jackson who made a great living off of racism, Whitey’s opinion didn’t count. If a Black agreed that welfare was destroying the Black neighborhoods and family, he was deemed an Uncle Tom, a sellout or an Oreo making his opinion even less valid than Whitey’s. Once again this makes one side of the argument valid while silencing any opinions that promote jobs or free market independence.

We then saw the same tactics used on the environment so anyone who disagrees with the radical agenda driven environmentalists were dismissed as polluters who wanted to exploit the environment. We saw it with the Spotted Owl endangered species fraud, the shrinking ozone layer and acid rain where anyone who disagreed was funded by those evil businesses or big oil. Never mind all of these radical environmental groups are having boatloads of money dropped on them by pro-communist groups such as the Tides Foundation or George Soros, it is only the evil industry fighting for its survival that are a danger. The latest of course is Global Warming which claims anybody who questions their findings or data is a denier while they deny anything that does not fit their agenda.

Now we are having the homosexual groups using the same tactic which says anybody who is not for homosexual marriage is a homophobe and should be ignored. Rather than have a fair and open discussion which they would likely lose, they declare the opposition a homophobe and force their dogma on everyone else. It doesn’t matter if the people who disagree have well thought out reasons for questioning the wisdom of these marriages through well thought out reasoning, declare them a hater and shut them up. This is no way to run a society and certainly no way to rule a country. This is nothing more than a cheap parlor trick to promote and agenda and should have no place in a serious discussion.

There is no way the gummit should be getting into changing something as fundamentally a foundation in society as marriage, yet this one is promoting it vigorously. This is a lifestyle which leads to chronic sickness due to the health risks of anal sex. Homosexual men have on average hundreds of partners having to do with the sexual needs and eventual addictions to this activity. Later like all addictions it leads to not only the health issues of AIDS, mono, syphilis, gonorrhea and every other STD in much higher frequency levels, it also increases the levels of depression, drug and alcohol as well as much higher suicide levels. Even with these health risks screaming at society, due to their homophobe label the homosexual agenda has been able to silence any opposition.

So why have the Marxists taking such a hard stance on homosexual marriage. It is really simple, they want to close down the churches and especially the Christian churches. They have been the largest obstacle to making America a Marxist dictatorship and if they can eliminate the church or at least marginalize it they believe they will be able to have a clear path to their commie utopia. Once they make homosexual marriage a guaranteed right then every church in the nation will be forced to marry homosexuals. Any church or pastor who doesn’t will then be subject to lawsuits which will bankrupt these churches and forcing them to close their doors. When all of the churches are gone then the only thing left to fill the void is the liberal dirt worshipping cult and their gummit god. They are basically trying to make homosexual marriage into their Panzer division to destroy their enemy, the Christian faith.

If you take a look at all of the items the liberal Marxists have promoted using this tactic there develops a pattern of human destruction. They promoted abortion which kill over 50 million babies and causes mothers huge increases in addiction, depression and suicide. Their pushing welfare and racism has destroyed the Black family and community causing huge increases in addictions, depression and abortions. They promoted environmentalism which has destroyed entire communities in resource heavy areas causing huge increases in addictions, depression and suicides. Now they are promoting homosexuality which causes huge increases in STDs, addiction, depression and suicide. The church declares all of these sins since people are warned in the Bible that these behaviors and addictions will destroy you. Maybe the Bible is not intolerant and hateful it may be wise and a warning against those things that will cause us problems. Perhaps it really is a love letter to his creation on how to avoid STDs, addictions, depression and suicide?

Pray America is waking

Morning AB, All.

Getting ready to go to church, am singing at the 10 am and also will be speaking to the congregation from the pulpit asking them to give more money in their collection.

I just don’t care, this is the fifth year I’ve done this and this church exceeds the budgeted collection half again. I always say it’s because of my little pep talks and I half believe this.

Thank you AB for doing this thread....was playing Candy Crush till I saw it go up.

Last week some Repub or another came out expressing a waning interest in immigration reform. I’ve no doubt the lack of zeal is because the citizenry, all of us with fences and locks and such, understand protecting our perimeters. Somewhere along the line the political elite decided, perhaps due to large monetary contributions from businesses needing cheap labor, to open our borders with a revolving door and we, the boobs that elected them, HAD NO SAY IN THIS DECISION!

So now when we hear immigration reform....no...the political elite want to keep that revolving door and the country class does not want it. We all got yards, fences, walls, limits....it’s human nature, indeed the nature of every living thing, to protect its territory.

One explanation for the withdrawal of immigration reform was that Obama doesn’t enforce the laws anyway, why enact them?

I understand Mike Wallace is going to cover this as I don’t know who said that BUT WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE??

We have a member of the opposition party, a party with one third of the power of our constitution, that openly, :::shrug::: accepts this really cool form of dictatorship.

For why the hell should Obama enforce silly laws he does not like? Let the legislature enact laws all they want, he will just ignore those he does not like. And those laws he needs that the legislature does not enact....well he’ll just write up an executive order.

Boom, instant dictatorship.

If we had an opposition party well for one thing they wouldn’t be shrugging and saying “oh well, no need for laws, he doesn’t enforce them.”

And THAT my friends is what’s wrong with the Republican party.

Would any one of us be sitting back while Obama flips us the bird and installs a dictatorship? Yet he gets away with it for lack of opposition.

Sickens me.

re: “Political circle jerk. Won’t be any arguments among those three.”

Oh yes there will.
Nuanced arguments. You know over the type of differences we folks out here in fly over country cannot possibly have the smarts to understand. These are arguments only the “Beltway Wizards of Smart” could possibly understand.

Just finished watching c-spans war on the Keystone Pipeline with Gene Kerpenski head of some environmental group(big fan of hillary’s bootlicker Pooooodesta) telling us that all that nasty oil,(I thought it got cleaned up in Texas where they refine it?) is only going to China and its dirty to begin with guess we are far better off refining all that clean Venezuelan oil(oh yeah that’s heavy crude as well).... since its tar sand oil global warming is settled science and that 97% of all scientists believe in....just too pathetic for words.

Looks like another slow line up — probably due to the Olympics.

Tom Coburn (R-OK) is supposedly resigning his Senate seat, not because of bouts with cancer, but to help push the Article 5 state constitutional conventions. That idea seems to have some steam in several states. I retain my suspicious — that could be opening a whole can of worms of unintended consequences. I just don’t think such gatherings could be restricted to pre-set items, once the doors are closed.

Several incumbent Senators, both parties, seem to be in reelection trouble. McConnell and Graham on the R side seem have serious challenges this time. Landreau and Pryor on the D side seem to have been written off by the DNC.

Of course, the Republicans still have time to pull defeat out of the jaws of victory. They seem to be expert at that.

It seems the new now leader for the GOP is Jeb Bush. Some still think Christie can make a come-back. Huckabee is polling high among some. The same with Palin. Even Romney is showing some life.

One recent article has a list of potential Republicans who might be interested. That list shows 32 names. My assessment after looking at that list is that probably 28 couldn’t get 100 Electoral Votes if they did make it to the general election. There just isn’t a lot of ‘there’ there. The GOP just doesn’t have many pizzazz names. It has more zonks than zingers.

A new survey this week showed that a large number of people (44%) still blame the last Bush and the Republicans for the current economy. Only about 33% blame Obama and the Democrats.

Sen. Cardin: immigration system is broken.

==

Yeah, politicians broke it!

Enforce current laws!!! You won’t even enforce them, so why pile on new laws?

==

Sen. Blunt references the same ole canard: secure the border.

==

Define what you mean by ‘secure the border’, and we might think you mean it. Until then, it is just more empty rhetoric.

Good morning AB, Eric and all

“McCain must be taking the weekend off.”

He’s probably campaigning with his little buddy, whose #s have been dropping in the polls.

I believe this is the 2nd time in the last month that Chucky Schumer and Turban Durbin are on the shows. Maybe they’re replacing the the other dynamic duo of McLame and Grahmnesty as talk show regulars. Or, perhaps the duos are taking turns overwhelming the LIVs with their “brilliance” on alternating weeks.

Landreau and Pryor on the D side seem to have been written off by the DNC.

***

Not sure about Landrieu. The Dems have just conducted another shell game - Max Baucus out of the Senate and now to be the new ambassador to China; Mary Landrieu now to head the Energy Committee, which was Baucus’ position.

Louisiana needs energy jobs, can we say: drilling in the Gulf.

Mary will make nice noises and promises and may get enough votes to stay in office.

Obamacare is thinking about extending the ‘you can keep your current policy’ for 3 more years — past the 2016 election.

==

Many insurance companies have already cancelled those policies because they are ILLEGAL under Obamacare now.

==

Plugging the holes in Obamacare is about like plugging the openings in a chain link fence with wads of newspapers to keep the wind out.
