Fox News Channel says it has hired Democratic strategist James Carville as a contributor.

Carville was the lead strategist for Bill Clinton's 1992 presidential campaign, which was documented in the film "The War Room." He served as a senior political adviser during Clinton's presidency.
Carville's TV work includes co-hosting the 2002-05 edition of "Crossfire" on CNN. He and his wife, Republican strategist Mary Matalin, were analysts at CNN until last year's management changeover at the channel.

Why ever would I tune in to watch this guy?
Fox hit the mother-lode by positioning themselves slightly to the right of all the left-wing broadcasters. It meant they had a monopoly on half the country, while all the others had to divide up the other half between them.
Ever since, though, they’ve been trying to edge their way left. Now they’ve decided to do a cannon-ball into the left side of the pool.
Won’t matter to me. I haven’t watched Fox since Beck left.
Without his liberal friends at CNN to agree with him, Cue-Ball will be a laughing stock.
I think they just want to have people with a variety of views.
I don’t know. I like having Beckel on the Five to hear how the insanity of the libs operates.
I listen to old friends and extended family to figure out just what they think. And one thing they think is that it’s perfectly reasonable, and advisable, to not hear the other side.
WE hear Bill Maher, Leno, Fallon, Behar, and the Hollywoodians as they speak directly.
The other side doesn’t hear In context quotes from anyone they don’t think they’d agree with.
WE, on the other hand, can take it.
Carville will not be presented as a voice of reason, and it’ll be up to his cohosts to point out the flaws in his thinking. Which, by the way, the Five really could do a little better by doing homework and anticipating Beckel’s out of his sleeve false statistics and arguments

Well Fox has officially lost my viewership now. It was bad enough with Colmes, and then Juan Williams (another sniveling leftista), but with Carville, who I literally can’t stomach looking at....much less listening to, I’m out.
Way to go, Fox! Keep it up and you’ll manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, much like the GOP always does.

I’m outraged! The very last thing a network that bills itself as “fair and balanced” should have is anyone that represents a dissenting opinion. In fact we need to act now to ensure that there are no dissenting opinions across the entire public media. The only way that this nation can work properly is when everyone believes properly and toes the politically correct party line. Dissenters should be rounded up, tarred, feathered, hung, folded, spindled, mutilated and then shot.
Oh wait. That’s what the Left believes. Never mind.

James Carville gets on Bill O’Reilly a lot. I immediately change channels. He is so ugly muting isn’t good enough. Moron Juan Williams always gets muted
