IIRC, Bachmann was the one who caused the backdown in January 2013, when there was talk of a potential revolt then.
Nothing would do the caucus better than to put this drunk out along with the two feckless goofs that he uses for hand puppets.
So we might (less than 10% chance) replace The Weeper of the House with another RINO from the same herd.

Loyal RINO Obamacrats Boehner, Cantor, Ryan, McConnell, Cornyn, and McCain will run to Obama’s side and rescue his highly unpopular “Obama Amnesty for Illegal Alien Invaders from Mexico” with the even more unpopular “RINO Amnesty for Illegal Alien Invaders from Mexico.”
Always eager to fail, the RINOs have decided at their weekend RINO hug fest that rescuing the already failed Obama Amnesty Plan is just to tempting a guaranteed failure to pass up.
Boehner’s support will guarantee that no RINOs will ever again receive any Latino votes.

Personally, I’d like to see Trey Gowdy and Louie Gohmert take over the Speaker and House Majority Leader positions, with no preference for which person fills either position. ...They are Conservatives and not afraid to speak out and promote actions. ....Cantor, Ryan and Boehner are too “into” the political process of ‘reaching across the aisle’, so they don’t ever get anything positive done (like McCain).
