But, being "enrolled" don't mean sh!t. Sillybus has corrupted the industry standard meaning of that term: all paperwork completed and signed, first month's premium paid and posted.

Pardon me, just because I have surrendered a bunch of my personal info to a website that is known to be susceptible to hacking does not mean I'm "enrolled."
