Rep. Jackson Lee kills Texas's credibility with me like Democrat Sen. Juan McCain kills Arizona's credibility with me. (With all due respect to patriots in Texas and Arizona who understand and respect the federal government's constitutionally limited powers, politicians like McCain and Jackson Lee beg the question if the left hands of these states don't know what their right hands are doing.)

After reading them for herself, Rep. Jackson also needs to give Obama a copy of the following items. First, a copy of the Constitution's first numbered clauses, Section's 1-3 of Article I, eviedntly a good place to hide them from both Obama and Rep. Jackson Lee, where the Founding States had clarified that all federal legislative powers are vested in the elected members of Congress and none for the Oval Office.

Next, she needs to give Obama a copy of the Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer opinion. In that opinion the Supreme Court had reflected on the statutes referenced above to clarify that constitutionally undefined executive orders don't have the force of law unless supported by constitutionally defensible laws made by Congress.

Note that since Obama is actually fighting power wars (constitutionally nonexistent powers) with corrupt Congress that he can make paper airplanes out of many of his executive orders. After all, he's undoubtedly using constitutionally indefensible executive orders just to try to look like a king making edicts in the eyes of low-information voters.
