Sadly you are right. Although there’s the following:
“In New York, there is no statute of limitations for prosecuting first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act, or first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child (NY CPL § 30.10 (2) (a)). A person is generally guilty of the latter crime if he or she engages in at least two acts of sexual conduct with a child under age 13 over a period of at least three months (NY Penal Code § 130.75).”
I wonder how Mr. Cuomo and/or Mr. DiBlasio will handle this?
There is some feeling that much of this might be a creation of Mia Farrow impressed upon the impressionable child years ago.
Maybe not legally but they lived together as husband and wife and she was his commonlaw wife’s daughter. To split hairs like makes me question YOU.
Wow, just wow. Dylan has my sympathy. And Woody Allen can rot in hell.

And what would you feel if he didn’t do it? (Please it’s an honest question. I wasn’t writing in anger or making a snide comment).
As a society we are very quick to judge because no one wants to believe that someone would come forward and make an accusation of child sexual abuse it it were not true. It’s the one crime in our Nation where you are automatically guilty before a trial, and the only crime considered greater than murder. Don’t believe me? Talk to those who have been falsely accused.
Please understand, I’m NOT defending Allen (Whose relationship with Farrow’s adopted daughter Sun Yi is completely sickening), or by the same token calling Dylan a liar. All I have to say is this, “We don’t know the full story of what happened, more than likely never will, and it’s sad for all of us on so many different levels.”
God bless and may his grace carry us through.
The things that he tried to hide are now becoming public—there will be more. He should retire for he will make no more movies—they will be booed off the screem like Fatty Arbuckle’s were after the death of Virginia Rappe. Sad really,
These accusations have no basis in what authorities have found regarding this case. Mia Farrow is money hungry.
No the accusations don’t, but it’s sad to see more than one FReeper be prejudiced and assume that any man accused of a sex crime is guilty.
Here’s some facts from the expert findings if anyone’s interested.
But he lived as her father figure.
I have a niece with "Ubangi" earrings--openings in the earlobes. She says it's part of the "body modification" movement.
Woody Allen’s wealthy sister, Letty Aronson, funds his movies.
No, Soong Yi (whatever her name was) was the adopted daughter of Mia Farrow and not Woody Allen.
Fact....she wasn’t his adopted daughter. She was Mia Farrow’s adopted daughter.
Roman Polanski didn’t get a pass—he was convicted and fled to France. Now he is in virtual Banishment in France. The case against him was fishy too—parents get him drunk and stone and put him in a hot tub with their naked daughter—in a shake down attempt. He owned up to his actions—at least—but rather than face jail time he ran... This was right after his wife and unborn son were butchered by the Mason Family.
Allen did not adopt any of Farrow’s other family, including Soon-Yi Farrow Previn, the adopted daughter of Farrow and André Previn.
Well you can get over that sickness then. Soon-Yi was adopted by Mia Farrow and previous husband Previne. Not adopted by Woody Allen.
#1: Soon-Yi was Woodys daughter. False.
#2: Soon-Yi was Woodys step-daughter. False.
#3: Soon-Yi was Woody and Mias adopted daughter. False. Soon-Yi was the adopted daughter of Mia Farrow and André Previn. Her full name was Soon-Yi Farrow Previn.
#4: Woody and Mia were married. False.
#5: Woody and Mia lived together. False. Woody lived in his apartment on Fifth Ave. Mia and her kids lived on Central Park West. In fact, Woody never once stayed over night at Mias apartment in 12 years.
#6: Woody and Mia had a common-law marriage. False. New York State does not recognize common law marriage. Even in states that do, a couple has to cohabitate for a certain number of years.
#7: Soon-Yi viewed Woody as a father figure. False. Soon-Yi saw Woody as her mothers boyfriend. Her father figure was her adoptive father, André Previn.
#8: Soon-Yi was underage when she and Woody started having relations. False. She was either 19 or 21. (Her year of birth in Korea was undocumented, but believed to be either 1970 or 72.)
#9: Soon-Yi was borderline retarded. Ha! Shes smart as a whip, has a degree from Columbia University and speaks more languages than you.
#10: Woody was grooming Soon-Yi from an early age to be his child bride. Oh, come on! According to court documents and Mias own memoir, until 1990 (when Soon-Yi was 18 or 20), Woody had little to do with any of the Previn children, (but) had the least to do with Soon-Yi so Mia encouraged him to spend more time with her. Woody started taking her to basketball games, and the rest is tabloid history. So he hardly had his eye on her from the time she was a child.

“To split hairs like makes me question YOU.”
I see. Anyone who defends the facts is guilty, too.
What more do you need?
Apparently Allen never adopted Soon-Yi Previn. Although their relationship is very odd, by itself it is not evidence that he sexually abused a 7-year old.
Sorry but he lost any possibility of credibility when he married his daughter.
And you find the “other side” credible? A mom of a supposed sex abuse victim hanging out with an admitted pedophile? The whole bunch is cuckoo for cocoa puffs. No reason to believe any of them at this point.
Mia and Woody never lived together. He hardly spent any time with Soon Yi before she was kid.
She was not his daughter, birth or adopted.
After Allen and Farrow separated, a long public legal battle for the custody of their three children began. During the proceedings, Farrow alleged that Allen had sexually molested their adopted daughter Dylan, who was then seven years old. The judge eventually found that the sex abuse charges were inconclusive. In February 2014, Dylan Farrow repeated the allegations in an open letter published by Nicholas Kristof, a friend of Mia Farrow, in The New York Times. Allen strongly denied the charges, calling them “untrue and disgraceful.”
You should read the book on False Memories by Elizabeth Loftus. Many good men were destroyed by implanted false memories in children.
