.the revised article did NOT acknowledge the revision
Wildstein’s pronouncements were made by his lawyer.
The actual statement, made by his lawyer in a letter was very vague and lawyer-speak ... .it did not come out and say what the ‘evidence’actually is.
Speculation is that Wildstein is trying to get immunity, and probably also have the Port Authority pick up his legal fees.

What does taking Cristie out now accomplish? It takes a Leftie Republican out of the race, so that Hillary won’t have to run Left of him to appeal to the voters.
Look, I don’t want Cristie to be our nominee. I wouldn’t mind him out there spouting off from a Leftist’s point of view, because Hillary would have to spout off closer to what she really believes, to make sure her folks stay on the reservation.
If the Dems get Cristie kicked out, Hillary can run as a very moderate Leftist, then if she wins rule as the Psycho-Marxist she truly is.
Please folks, keep your powder dry, and quit helping the Democrats with their long game.
This is gotcha politics. That’s all it ever has been. I don’t like Cristie at all, but we’re not helping ourselves at by giving Hillary a clear shot at the moderate Leftist slot in the race.

It's a "given" that Wildstein wants immunity but there's a question if he really has much to trade for it. His lawyer definitely wants to get paid, and that's not likely if Wildstein goes to jail.

True, there is a huge difference between knowing the lanes were closed, and knowing it was done for political revenge. A point that seems to be missed by a lot of people.
