The good thing about anti-gun liberals in Washington is that they are pathologically incapable of keeping their mouths shut.
And, this morning, shortly before 9:00, MSNBC commentator Dick Gregory announced that House Speaker John Boehner, the day before, had told a private meeting of reporters that he had been talking with Barack Obama “a lot” about pushing immigration reform.
It’s pretty clear why Barack Obama wants a bill which would either legalize or grant citizenship to as many as 11.5 million people who, according to Latinos expressing their opinions in a Pew poll, would cast 88% of their votes for liberals like Barack Obama.
It’s also clear what Speaker Boehner has in mind: If he sabotages his own party, the liberal media will throw him a “doggie treat.”
But, for other House Republicans, the advantage of having an Obama/Boehner knife in their back is a little less clear.
A note on why gun owners have “skin” in the immigration game: By turning a net 8,000,000 people into an “Obama army,” even “legalization” without immediate citizenship would fundamentally change electoral politics for the 2014 elections.
This is why, along with gun control, former New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has made immigration “reform” his central priority.
The anti-gun Bloomberg knows that “legalization” of persons unlawfully in the U.S. will create an “Obama army” which will transform the 2014 elections and achieve the almost impossible task of delivering the House and the Senate to the party of gun control.
With Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in power in 2015, the “Obama army” will then get their “citizenship” reward — and gun control will advance.
If Amnesty passes I de-register as a voter.
It’s either:
1. A huge financial windfall or lobbying post,
or
2. A huge blackmail
for Boehner.
Either Boner knows what Obama has on him, or he doesn’t know what Obama knows and that scares him even more.
You have to wonder if Boner is afraid to resign. He’s Obama’s man and he’ll stay until he’s told to leave. And remember, Ohio has a great voting counting machine.
I think that the reason Boehner and the Republican leaders are pushing the amnesty bill is because Soros knows that
because of the disaster that is Obama, he will never be able to get amnesty—the destruction of America—through Congress ever again. Soros is the one behind the scenes herding his lap dogs, Boehner and his crew.
No, he already did something more intimate.

Sure. It'll destroy the Republican Party, and then Obama and Valerie Jarrett can begin to dream their dream of historic revenge, of sending white America, the Norman Rockwell America that destroyed Nazism and warlordism and went to the moon, to the death camps.
That POS Boehner needs to go NOW!!!! If we have him as leader we might as well have Nancy Pelosi as Speaker.
Or, both.
Then there is those who will see to it if he sells us out.
I actually blame Boehner less than the 150 or so cowards and quislings that support him in his leadership. The last budget deal should have removed any illusion that more than 25% of the GOP House caucus are genuine conservatives. Conservatives will not gain control of the House with even 300 Republican House seats, unless they first purge the GOP.

Not me. I want to be able to vote against the traitors that pass Amnesty.
And it can’t be reversed, like other legislation can. You can’t give something as precious as life in the United States to someone and then take it away again.
So now Bloombird is prancing around DC buying votes? That’s all he knows how to do: buy people. His tens of billions didn’t buy him what he really wanted, so now he’s buying people. We should have given him a fourth term and kept him in New York so he wouldn’t go corrupt Congress.
I bet there is provision one one or more of those pages to grant 0bama amnesty and instant Citizenship.
I wonder if I could get citizenship in Mexico?
Canada looks better at the moment, as long as you don’t want any firearms, or free speech.
