One in five Obamacare "enrollees" could have their plans cancelled for failure to pay their first month's premium. That figure is based on reports from health insurers themselves, some of whom have made 10 attempts to collect the first payment.

He is right, it is free to go to the hospital. Getting care is another situation.
One would think that his base would finally wise up after they found out he wasn’t going to give them anything free out of his stach.
Counting down to the predictable demonization of those responsible for it not being free.

So, could a flat wallet be considered a pre-existing condition?
They have that covered. In order for an insurer to give a cancellation notice, the insurer must first be aware that the person to whom the notice is sent was in fact signed up for a policy.
My understanding is that you can sign up all you want, receive confirmation numbers and all the rest, but the Obamacare portal is not telling the insurer’s anything because they software to do that communication was never developed or installed (the so-called “back end”).
So, how would Aetna know who an Aetna policy holder is?
If they don’t know, they can’t send notices.
If they don’t give the proper notice, the policy is still in force.
If the policy is still in force, they can still make claims on it.
When Aetna has to pay (presumably later when the glitches are all fixed), from whence will the money come? The taxpayers in a bailout, of course, because the patient never paid.
What could possibly go wrong with this system.
How have we let the inmates run the asylum?
These weren’t enrollees in the first place. The DNC had their Organizing for America and other commie organizations use voter lists to sign up fake enrollments to bolster the numbers for His Arrogance.
There’s one characteristic linking a vast majority of America’s poor. It’s what makes them poor, it’s the same reason they won’t pay their premiums, and it’s the same reason they vote for Democrats.
I wonder how many of these “enrollees” actually decided against 0bamacare and found a better deal elsewhere and then not unlike that woman a few weeks ago...found out they could not cancel the policy.

How is it that folks who are not smart enough to figger out how to sign up for Kenyan Care can use a computer passably in the first place? Is it the practice they get from hunting porn? It’s long fascinated me how most people used to be scared to death of anything with a keyboard on it. But it started changing when they started seeing they could play pin ball for nothing.

And the telling thing about that was that it wasn’t a rule or anything that she couldn’t cancel,
it was that the system didn’t have a process for doing it.
ie,
NO ONE THOUGHT OF IT!
