Federal prosecutors will seek the death penalty against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, accused of orchestrating last year’s Boston Marathon bombing along with his brother Tamerlan, the Justice Department announced Thursday.
“After consideration of the relevant facts, the applicable regulations and the submissions made by the defendant’s counsel, I have determined that the United States will seek the death penalty in this matter,” Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. said in a statement. “The nature of the conduct at issue and the resultant harm compel this decision.”
Authorities say the Tsarnaev brothers plotted the backpack bomb attack that killed three people and injured hundreds of others on April 15.

Even helped hunt for what was thought to be a missing child. The INJUSTICE system does not give a flip how much money or grief it causes the victim’s family to have this crap delayed and delayed, and then finally some anti-death penalty justice will void the sentence and give life with parole, which means more grief to fight the suckers. And criminals have MORE rights that the victim or victim’s family!

Funny, Federal prosecuters pretty much give the criminals they like carte blanche these days.
I guess the NWO/CIA/DOJ wants no loose ends on this one.
Not sure what the motives are for this former attorney for terrorists. Either he figures that the DP would make a verdict less likely, acquittal more likely... or, perhaps he plans to put the DP itself on trial.
