I think it’s more like mass hypnosis. The government has become an expert at it using their various tools—the media, the educational system, the political structure, and increasingly the health care industry. Conform, don’t question.

Who needs subliminal messages when the ONLY input you see is ‘Obey Obama. Closing the WW2 Memorial is the right thing to do because we’re broke.
