Hollywood has been a communist cell group for at least 60 years.. maybe 75... Still IS..
Of course some of the Communists are really Fascists..
Some are Nazi’s...
All three are just forms of Socialism..

But all are “DEMOCRATS”... for democracy and overthrowing this Republic..

It’s hidden? They’re doing a bloody poor job of hiding anything. It’s totally blatant.
They are only getting more blatant at what they have been doing all along. If the elections laws had any actual real teethe to them a big junk of TV and movie revenues would have to be recorded, and limited, to regulation set limits on “in-kind” political contributions.
We saw an example last night at the Grammy Awards.
There must be a backdoor money thing going on that we do not know about. I say, follow the money. Always follow the money.

Love ya Allen, but a person would have to have been living on an island for 50 years to not have known this all along. It’s not like some great surprise.
Of course, considering how even the right can’t live without it’s daily soma distributed over 500 channels, perhaps it IS a surprise.
What I meant to say was the Grammy Awards last night was a blatant example of the Hollywood Left’s control over world entertainment. It was an example of the 60s era Left rising up like a Phoenix from the ashcan of history just in time to make their impact on the upcoming election cycle. We know that’s where it is heading.

*Senator* Joe McCarthy wasn't involved in the *House* Committee on Un-American Activities (aka HUAC). HUAC's proceedings led to the Hollywood blacklist when JM was a freshman Senator w/o portfolio.
Several ironies in the McCarthy story - Venona, the SIGINT project that eventually proved McCarthy in large part correct (to the public when declassified), was run by the Army Signal Corps, a primary target of his 1953 Army hearings. And...
Related to the above, Venona had already revealed a number of infiltrators before and during McCarthy’s tenure, but the Signal Corps wasn’t about to make McCarthy’s committee privy to the intel (both for operational security, and out of spite, I suspect).
Also, a two-fer - McCarthy also sought to expose homosexuals in the US govt (1st irony, Roy Cohn much?), and, Venona exposed the Cambridge Four (Five) spy ring, several members of which had been recruited via threats to out them. Not a threat that would probably work now, of course, but was definitely a security risk back then.
