I was thinking the kid had built a device that would spread zits. He successfully tested it on himself and, once activated, would disable the entire twit world.

We let enemy combatants into our country.

We are so nice, we don’t want anyone to think we’re bigots. Our government does not take care of our own people, no answer to Ft Hood for years, Boston, Benghazi

The government takes care of enemies, lets people in to the country indiscriminately, and witholds money from conservatives, via the IRS, breaks contracts with its own military, and that’s fine with the American people.

When liberal parents neglect their own children while taking care of degenerates gains respect from neither

Our government agencies are like this now and they are so stupid they cannot be trusted spying on American citizens.

If the colleges and universities want the country to indiscriminately bring people in from known enemy foreign regions, why don’t they get their own country. This is the us. College students blow up the Boston marathon, not Harvard

No

Does this idiotic university have a ban on ROTC

It is getting bad- the attitude. There is an apathy that is not good

This is a small town satellite campus of Penn State University. It’s mostly a mom and pop U, where many of the students live at home and commute. I grew up not far from this campus.

According to his Facebook account he lived in California before he came to PSU Altoona and is originally from Moscow (not Chechnya or one of the ‘stans.)

I saw someone post somewhere that he was a liberal politically, not Muslim.

I doubt we’ll ever know much more about him.

Sounds like he was heading to the Superbowl. Fox news is ignoring this story. Does a mall shooting have precedence of this?

In the old days, a pipe bomb was called an infernal machine. Today it’s a Weapon of Mass Destruction — kind of like what we dropped on Nagasaki.

His FB page says he’s a liberal and agnostic. Altoona is about 2 hours east of me. Not sure what his target was, but Horseshoe Curve is nearby...a major rail line.

I dont care what his deal is.

Student loans are financed by the government, now. The department of education, who also sets tuition rates and admissions policies they override border security, and immigration.

I don’t care about these foreign kids any more than they care about our country, and I don’t care about these colleges and tge towns tgey support any more than they care about billing our children debt of $20 g average on graduation. They are ripping our kids off and the Russians need to get back home pr to some other declining country who doesn’t take care of its own

Kack!

Close the borders. Why is this so complicated?

It’s bigoted to protect our country, and we are supposed to pretend these people are interested in America’s success

Got caught because he broke more than one law at a time.

Tip: either make bombs and NOT grow pot, or grow pot and NOT make bombs.

“Russian National” doesn’t necessarily mean Russian.

The Tsarnaevs were “Russian Nationals” as well.

His name and appearance suggest he is Muslim, but not 100% sure.
