Maybe this will stop this insane industry. I can understand why infertile parents might want to save the father's sperm so that if treatment were to cure the mother, it could be used, or a trusted surrogate found. But for men to sell their sperm for profit makes me uneasy and reminds me of a Biblical text about spilling their sperm.

The thing is, if he had been truly supprtive of the child and wanted some kind of responsibility or custody, the courts and the lesbians would have barred him from such saving and redeeming role model recognition.

Agreed, Mrs. Don-o. Anything that works toward deterring sperm donation has got to be a good thing. Natural reproduction(the way God planned it with Adam and Eve) is the way to go.
