BISBEE — The Cochise County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the reported shooting death of a suspected illegal immigrant by a U.S. Border Patrol agent. Sheriff’s spokeswoman Carol Capas said the incident happened around 9 p.m. Thursday approximately one-half mile east of Highway 80 near Apache.The scene of the incident was about 25 miles north of the border and slightly south of Portal, she said. “Sheriff’s deputies and investigators responded to the scene and located a Hispanic male, possibly in his late 20s, who had been shot,” Capas said Friday. According to initial information that county deputies and investigators gleaned at the scene, the yet-to-be unidentified man was a part of a group the Border Patrol was tracking, she said. The report indicates BP agents took two men into custody without incident, but a third fled and was eventually located “hiding under a mesquite bush” by a federal agent, Capas said. Reportedly, the man struggled with the agent, attempting to get the federal officer’s weapon, she said. The BP agent, “fearing for his personal safety and potential serious injury, pulled his handgun and fired at the suspect,” Capas said. The man was struck in the upper body area and “succumbed to his injuries at the scene,” she said.

I do not see a problem here.

Immigrants aren’t “illegal”, foreigners present in violation of law are.
No problem at all.
Invade a country there’s a good chance you will be arrested or shot.
Having been shot at multiple times by illegals in this exact area 45 years ago, and having shot back at them just as often, all I can say is not much has changed.
What ever happened to the “Minute Man” army that patrolled our southern borders?
The biggest thing is that they thought they had won when the National Guard went to the border and scum like John McCain started yapping about border walls.
But that was all a scam. The people we elected hate us, and want to replace us a population with semi-literate thugs who they can control more easily: the McCain family was a big slave holding operation in Mississippi, and they still remember how nice it was having the darkies do everything for them.
So they leave the border open. This time the slaves transport themselves here willingly.
