Yes, certainly. It only takes a vote in the House of Representatives. They are the indicters. The Senate is they Jury. It would end up the same as Clinton, IF you could even scare up enough RINOS to have the cojones to even indict him.
Not while Obama’s point-man is Speaker. The House Republicans have been neutralized by Boehner, and they like it.
Don’t bother to impeach unless there is the ability to remove.
Sure, we can start it, but it’s impossible for us to get the votes to remove him from office.

We could impeach — we certainly have grounds — but even if we took the Senate, we could not convict. That requires a 2/3 majority in the Upper House and as we saw during the Clinton debacle, the Dems will always vote as a bloc when one of their own is threatened. While taking a majority in the Senate isn’t impossible, getting a 2/3 majority is.
Better use of our resources would be to increase our lead in the House and use it to cut funding for the socialist schemes of this administration. And to start investigating odumbo’s many flagrant abuses.
A lot of people are afraid that impeachment may make obama look like a martyr to the Tea Party. They point to Clinton and his popularity in spite of his impeachment. But impeachment made Clinton a victim to many people and helped raise his favorability among the low info majority. But obama's crimes are a different story. People are now being harmed by his actions and his popularity is dropping like a stone. He's recently said that he's going to do whatever he wants regardless of what Congress says or does. The only way to stop him is to bring his crimes to the forefront and expose them to the people. We can do that NOW and we should!

Impeachment sends a message that enough is enough...too much already. Even if not convicted the reputation and the flexibility of Obama and those around him that allowed and promoted these aberrations would be damaged. IMHO its always worth a try.

Bingo....this is really the only way...real longshot but possible!!!
First off, we need to have real Leadership on the House. The Hearings on the Articles of Impeachment could begin today and the vote to actually Impeach Obama would likely not happen until a year from now.
By that time, we could very possibly have the Senate back under Conservative (American) control which could make Conviction and Removal from Office a reality.
The upside of beginning Hearings now would have a number of benefits that I could list. One being that Congressional Approval Ratings would vastly improve for the Conservatives who have up to this point seemed to be feckless wimps that roll over and play dead with each Abuse of Power that Obama commits.
Another benefit would be that Obama and his minions would be occupied with fighting against each and every facet of the Hearings process that they would not feeling that they can Abuse Power with total impunity.
Further, I believe that once the Hearings got underway, there would be a ground swell of support that the Media could not ignore or cover up. Eventually, even the $5 dollar brains covered by $500 rugs would have to start facing the Reality that Obama is NOT fit to continue as POTUS.
Just my honest and humble opinion.

If the Republicans hold the proper majorities in the House and Senate, they would be far better to use those majorities to simply pass un-vetoable bills undoing all of the socialism enacted and signed in the prior 6 years.
Like it or not, there’s just no way the left (I’m especially including the media here) would allow them to impeach “our first black pResident (TM)”.
And even if they did impeach (and remove), what then? All the laws that were enacted and modified by Executive action would still be in place. All the political capital would be expended on removal.
We need the laws undone, regardless of The Dear Leader’s status.
