Federal gubmint is a criminal organization.
I did not expect them to. The FBI now is nothing more than an extension of the Democrat Party. Expect nothing but the persecution and prosecution of Obama’s and the Democrat Party’s political enemies from them.
How will we know if they stole W.H. Easter eggs?

Historically, the FBI investigates, the DOJ files charges.
I believe it still works that way. The DOJ has a lot of latitude. They have been known to decline prosecution for a variety of reasons - case isn’t strong enough for their inept prosecutors to get a guilty verdict, they receive orders from above the AG or WH doesn’t want to proceed, they have too much of a backlog, or maybe, for no reason.
REMEMBER FREEDOM SLIPS AWAY IN SMALL INCREMENTS OVER TIME.
I doubt the German police brought any charges re with all the broken glass and fires of November 1938.
