I hate his new time.
It’s a hard time to get used to, for sure — I have to get my son from the school bus stop right after 3pm, then homework, after-school activities, sports, dinner prep, dinner, cleaning up, showers/baths, etc.
BRUTAL.
I very much enjoyed the 9pm show — I’m already getting ready for the night, reading and listening to talk radio and relaxed...

A ping list is a list of names of people (or ‘usernames’ in FR talk) that want to be informed as to when a specific thread is posted.
For example, when I post the Savage Nation Weekly Thread, I ‘ping’ the people interested in posting on said thread... I let them know that I’ve posted the thread.
Would you like your name to be on the Savage Nation ping list?
P.S. StoneWall Brigade is already on the ping list supplied to me by Mary Lou last night.
For those who are interested, I posted some Savage -related comments on last weeks Savage thread, and also on a thread about “muzzling Rush Limbaugh” or something like that. This isn’t the daily Limbaugh thread but under the talk radio heading.
BTW, if anybody is in the Seattle market, have you heard Ben Shapiro on KTTH and what do you think of him?
I think so, but what is the ping exactly? Is it an email notification, a noise your smartphone makes, or what? I already get a lot of email. On the other hand, twitter already notifies you of mentions, replies, etc. so I guess I can handle it.
In FR, a ping will be noted by the “New Posts To You” icon.
