The Texas Future Business Alliance, described as a "mix of 10 major business groups, including the chemical industry, bankers, builders and contractors," is reportedly "sending out mailers and providing other support on behalf of GOP candidates" who favor more government spending and want to take on the Tea Party.

Michael Quinn Sullivan, who is the president of the fiscal-hawk group Empower Texans, "said the Texas Future Business Alliance" is an "anti-Ted Cruz movement [that] is nothing but a group of big-money interests wanting taxpayer dollars to flow into their pockets." Designating them a "fake group," he also said they "want people who will vote for cronyism and corporate welfare.”
Though these business groups claim the Tea Party is swinging the legislature too far in their quest for fiscal conservatism, Sullivan said the notion that the Tea Party does not care about government is "ridiculous," arguing that they only want hard-earned taxpayer dollars spent prudently.
On the national level, groups like the Chamber of Commerce have indicated they are about to spend $50 million to try to destroy the Tea Party, largely because the Tea Party opposes amnesty for illegal immigrants and the corporations that have broken federal immigration laws to hire them. Karl Rove, who has his fingers in Texas politics, is reloading against the Tea Party on the national level as well. Furthermore, groups like former Rep. Steven LaTourette's (R-OH) Main Street Partnership are so hell-bent on destroying the Tea Party that the legality of their activities is being called into question.

Cornyn is the first domino in the primary season. If he’s defeated or forced into a runoff, then that’ll set a trend for the year.
So they are working to ensure him a big victory to establish momentum for the moderates and to undermine Tea Party momentum.
In that editorial the actual quote they cite from Chamber has a different tone to it :
“Our No. 1 focus is to make sure, when it comes to the Senate, that we have no loser candidates,” said U.S. Chamber of Commerce top political strategist Scott Reed. “That will be our mantra: No fools on our ticket.”

I read every label on every item (even if it is just one ONION!) and will try NOT to buy anything not made or grown in the USA. A LOT of times I have to do without.
If I really have to get something in order to survive another day, these are the rules:
1 NOTHING from China
2. Nothing from islamic Countries, especially pakistan.
3. Nothing from Mexico
4. Nothing from countries who outwardly despise the USA
This involves clothing, Underwear, Food, cosmetics and healthcare products, vehicles, furniture, musical instruments, literature, appliances, household items, etc.
Yard sales are good sources of household items that were once made in the USA, helps our neighbors and recycles as well.

About the only thing we accomplished in this last generation of a conservative nature is to lower their taxes and look what happens. Backstabbers. Until the border is secure and we hqave a fair hearing from the corporate media no more tax cuts for corporations or the rich in fact until we have accomplished that we should collude with the Dem’s and hold them responsibile for raising their taxes. After all that is what the GOP establishement does(collude with the donks againt us).
