On Monday, Jan. 6, I am filing suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin to make Congress live by the letter of the health-care law it imposed on the rest of America. By arranging for me and other members of Congress and their staffs to receive benefits intentionally ruled out by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the administration has exceeded its legal authority.

The governments defense will be that its an employer contribution, which I assumed they got before Obamacare.

Ron Johnson? Ron Johnson just wet on our shoe last month in the senate against the Cruz revolt.
It was CRUZ who went out on the limb, showed the underbelly of Obamacare to the sheeple, and set this whole thing in noisy motion. Now, the world mocked him, sees he was correct on every jot and tittle, and now Senate RINO’s want to steal his message for their own.
These guys are just working the rope line to see whom it is among conservatives they can sucker into re-election support. Undoubtedly, this is just step one of many bait and switches to come from the broader RNC strategy to smarmy the gullible.

The US House of Representatives is analogous to a Police Force - - - their main job of Check and Balance is to “arrest” the perp by Impeaching the perp.
The US Senate is analogous to a Jury of Peers who have the power to throw the Impeached perp off of the taxpayer gravy train, take away his residence, ban him from building a Library paid for by us, and ban him from using his personal Corporate Jet, Air Force One.

Exactly! I supported Ron Johnson’s bid for office, despite having no connection to WI. I sent him money and promoted him on FB and elsewhere. No more! After his spineless performances over the past year, and his rude demeanor toward Mark Levin, he will never get another cent from me.
You might get the House to bring charges, but the Senate is still Dem controlled. We will not know until after the 2014 Elections if we can gain control of the senate as 1/3rd are up for re-election. And the another couple of issues is how many of those senators up for re-elections that are RINOS can we get rid of. Doesn’t do you any good to get control of both houses unless you turn it conservative by a veto proof majority. Then beware biden is then cic for the rest of the term, unless you can get him, followed by Cry Baby RINO another undesirable CIC.
We need a list of RINOS to target, I’ll start it.
1) TN RINO Sen Lamar Alexander, career politician, 73, votes more dem than GOP, just voted to gut,cut Military pensions and health care. Among only 1 of his RINO votes.
