when kids act the same within the same set of behavioral expectations,
something insignificant like relative melanin gets ignored.

I’m not saying people cant be a product of their environment. You’re intentionally ignoring the actual point made about community & sense of belonging natural to all humans of all races.

I have no doubt good parents (natural or adoptive) can raise good people most of the time.
