Looks like the memes/Dim Talking Points this week are NSA, Obamacare, and “income inequality” (I suspect the Marxist/Socialist and Chief of Obummer’s Economic Council will be setting the stage for the SOU Address, which is apparently going to focus on that (as he started up again a few weeks ago and others have been pushing).

It will be interesting to see what Sen. Paul has to say and I’m sure he can hold his own with Stephy. Though it depends upon if he gives Paul a chance to talk or if Chucky will get the most time. Regardless, I suspect the ever un-esteemed panel will pooh pooh (based on the talking points they were faxed by the WH) whatever Sen. Paul has to say.

You guys are going to love this book. Trying to get the cover up on my website to look at.

While I’m all for killing Al Kiy-da wherever we find them, we aren’t Iraq’s policemen, either. Nor Afghanistan’s...

Unless our troops are allowed to shock and awe the *BEEP* out of them, we’ll wind up putting our people in harm’s way to what end? To make it look like we’re doing something? To ensure the UN isn’t troubled by our “meanness”? The political correctness imposed on the military by ridiculous rules of engagement and second-guessing and prosecution of actions that take place in the fog and horror of battle so politicians back home aren’t “embarrassed” has killed and wounded so many of our heroes.

Top that of with both parties now screwing over active duty and retired commissaries, health care and pensions to save a buck or two while letting welfare frauds and cheats who won’t work keep their stash leaves me in the mood to want to tell McCain and his boyfriend Linda to stuff it where the sun doesn’t shine!

You’re right AB.

Every time America gets into a war we eventually screw it up. This is because, it ain’t rocket science, the politicians get involved in it, get foreign money don’t tell me not, mess it all up.

Our mission in Iraq was...??? TO TAKE DOWN SADDAM HUSSEIN!

Well he’s gone. I know Dubya has some idea of civilizing those bunch of heathens following an awful and oppressive religion bent on killing themselves and all around them. It was a good idea and might work if America will apply itself to the task.

But we got losers like Kerry (who looks more like Frankenstein every day) and goodness Obama.....he’s a meterosexual ho never fought in a war in his life. Hillary’s a lying rat.

I say get our guys out of Iraq and the silly rules of engagement and to hell with them people.

It’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

All those memes and much, much more were just mentioned on C-Spam by hardcore leftist/socialist Move-on spokesman Anna Galland. C-spam gave her all kinds of time, never challenged her lie after lie,few reps from our side, typical cave-in by the Brian Lamb sell outs. The left is getting slicker all the time.

They put this gal on who is good looking, soft spoken yet a mind numbed robot squawking all the far left commie chatting points from income redistribution to "faaaaiirrrness" in every sentence she utters. Her ignorance of global warming alone was astounding.

Always "thank you for that question" and "I agree with you on this or that", these clowns are getting slicker by the week. They know that if they come on abrasive in trying to promote sh_t than no one wants or makes little sense to begin with they don't have a prayer.

They still pose a huge threat to democracy and capitalism. I never realized just how far left the move-on geeks truly are until listening to this wench for a few moments.

“wish I could find some Burgoo....Yummy”

I had to Bing “Burgoo” as even though I’ve done a lot of cooking over the years, have never heard of it (appears to be a KY and part of IL thing). Here’s a recipe for Kentucky Burgoo that uses store bought meat (pork, beef, chicken) as opposed to “wild” meat (squirrel, possum, road kill, etc.). This recipe is supposed to take about 15 min to prep and 3 hrs to cook. There are variations in the comments

Chris Wallace is asking Romney about his grandchild and I’m going to tell a little story here.

First, well I got a sense of humor. The little black child in the middle of all those white people, well it does bemuse, but only in a positive, loving way, as nice people would see it.

My brother has a daughter who has THREE very, very obviously African-American children. They aren’t adopted, I know that, and unfortunately I don’t associate with my brother often save on Facebook. He lives very far away.

But they are three of the prettiest children, and nice...well my niece puts up pics and anecdotes about them and I’m impressed by how well they are doing.

You got to know that my family....heh, very Irish....ask my cousin Kabar....all McLaughlins got blue eyes and very white skin.

I smile every time I see those three children cause, come on, they DO stand out.

Now my Motherinlaw, lives in Mass, very liberal, thinks I am a stinking Conservative. On a hoot one day I sent her pics of my three great nieces and nephew with a note: “THESE ARE MY BROTHER’S GRANDCHILDREN”.

Thus I can understand the smile cause come on, the Romney family is as white as the McLaughlins. the darker child stand out and a smile is not out of line.

Now I know that babe on MSNBC is a loser-burger, just wanted to poke fun in keeping with that network’s policy of calling everyone but themselves racists.

My MIL wrote me back with just the biggest smile, imagine, ME, the teabagger, with black great nieces and nephews....snort snort.

I don’t care, they’re beautiful kids.

MSNBC be damned.

Romney is a class act, unlike the Golfer In Chief and his evil cohorts at the very liberal insensitive and untolerant MSNBC.

no one mentions that ‘contraception’ in Obamacare includes abortifacients, and abortions. It is not about providing prophylactic contraceptive pills.

Sorry, but I’ll take seafood paella every time(even if it is Martha Stewart’s recipe)

Ingredients

2 1 1/2-pound lobsters
4 1/2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 small yellow onion, peeled and chopped
1 red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and diced
2 links linguica (about 1/2 pound), skinned and chopped; or chopped cured Spanish-style chorizo or other cured sausage
2 cups white rice
3 cups fish or chicken broth, heated
1 pinch of crushed saffron
Coarse salt (depends on saltiness of linguica and clams)
1 dozen littleneck clams, well cleaned
1 1/2 pounds codfish or any firm-fleshed white fish, cut into 2-inch pieces
Sprigs of fresh parsley, coarsely chopped, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Bring 1 1/2 inches of water to a boil in a large stockpot. Add the lobsters, cover, and cook for 13 minutes. Remove the lobsters and cool just enough to handle. Crack the shells and remove the meat. Keep the claws whole and chop the remainder of the meat into large pieces and reserve.
Step 2

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Heat a 12-inch ovenproof skillet or paella pan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and saute the onion and bell pepper until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the linguica and cook for 3 minutes. Gently stir in the rice and cook for a few minutes to lightly toast.
Step 3

Add the broth, saffron, and salt, and bring to boil over high heat. Remove from the heat and cover with a lid or sheet of foil and place the paella in the oven for 10 minutes. Uncover and scatter the clams around on top of the rice. Cover and cook for 15 minutes more, or until the clams are open and the liquid is absorbed. With 3 minutes left to cook, add the codfish and lobster. Discard any clams that do not open. Garnish with parsley and serve.
