This is former Italian footballer Paolo Di Canio, a self-confessed "Fascist".

He actually was the coach at Sunderland last season and part of this season before he was fired after Sunderland's slow start.

Of all totalitarian groups the world has ever created I believe fascists were the most evil. Why any human would want to be identified with them in any capacity is beyond me...
