true - I can see city hall — but with that - the grown up thing to do is have a key and safe deposit system in the lobby where licensed CCW permit holders can lock up their weapon...I had to when entering the jail or prison system as a trooper...a responsible citizen would do the same...liberals think by restricting something they have taken care of the problem as a whole without realizing that criminals are criminals because they violate the law and don’t care about an ordnance — which is what I found the case to be in that section of Charleston...agreed, if the State as a law - the city should not be able to trump it because the council is made up of a bunch of cry babies...
Yeah I suppose people could live on private land and enforce their own rules about guns and porno. But that’s what they’d have to do, they have no right to violate the constitution on other people’s property just cause it’s in their town.
