Lex est quod dico? Mmmmm. Perhaps Lex est quae dico. No? Lex is feminine, and “what” is a predicate nominative. Or am I mistaken?
Actually, I am mistaken. “What” is not a predicate nominative, but rather, the object of dico in a relative clause. Therefore, it should be accusative. But, it’s gender is still governed by “lex” and so it should read ‘Lex est quam dico.’
The bottom line is it’s safer to have unprotected sex with
Dennis Rodman than to have Obamacare.
