“The most harmful side effect of pot use is prison rape.”

Cannibis cures cancer.

You just can't remember what cured it and become erratically incensed when asked why.

I don’t remember even if I had cancer. Heck, I don’t even remember posting.

The damage usually occur at opposite ends of a lifetime. Alcoholism tends to go with age. People develop problems in their later years. Pot use tends to impact people at a younger age.

It's tough to compare a destroyed liver with lost reasoning skills qualitatively. How do you compare something that used to be to something that never was?

"MJ causes memory loss and psychosis - the severity depends on the person. Those that smoke weed generally vigorously deny this.”

Because it’s simply not true.

See what I mean?

I denied it when I was on pot even though I knew something was happening to me. I've seen many others do the exact same thing. Later they either admitted or demonstrated their memory loss and fear/psychosis that wasn't manifest in their live prior to weed. And many studies have confirmed this. The evidence is a preponderance and I think beyond a reasonable doubt.

I respect your opinion, although your findings are different than my experiences.

I have an uncommonly good memory and I’m one of the most even tempered people out there, even under duress.

I have seen people who would support your arguement, but there are almost always other factors involved besides just cannabis.

I can’t remember if I smoked weed as a teen.

” I meant to say: does dope turn people into liberals or are libs more naturally drawn to dope than conservatives?”

It’s been my experiance that slightly more libs are drawn to cannabis than conservatives, but I would suggest the margin is closer than you might expect. Perhaps 60-40% or 65-35%.

Of the conservatives that I know, I would also suggest that most of them (80% or better) are Libertarian Conservatives.

You’re lucky. Kinda like dodging a bullet. The point is it is better to stay out of harms way and leave recreational MJ alone.

The important thing is that we all agree that it’s the Government that decides for the rest of us. It’s just the kind of Big Government Conservatives we are.
