I have got that exact 5.11 vest. I like it. I have a loop holster in the inside pocket and even my full sized 1911 disappears in it. Put about 3 or 4 spare mags in the loops on the other side and it balances nicely.
I marked the anniversary appropriately (and unexpectedly). Having purchased a lot of .22 LR online last weekend, I was surprised to find WalMart with a stock of cheap 9 mm and 5.56. This week I’m told a lot of their stores got a shipment including full 3-6 ammo cans. I followed their 3 box limit and purchased a box of 1200 rounds of 5.56 and two boxes of 1200 rounds each 9 mm, at about $0.42 a round. Now I’m stocked up on everything I care about. What better way to commemorate the tragedy caused by the gun grabbers?
Note: Check your local WalMart, if you have $500 to spare for a full ammo can at reasonable prices.
From my reading today so far:
1. Newtown Connecticut itself decided NOT to hold a town memorial
2. Colorado lunatic yesterday was a rabid liberal
That is all. Except
LoL LoL LoL @BHO minders have their hands full.
Maybe I sound like a conspiracy nut but has anyone considered that Sandy Hook and this latest shooting are staged by certain parties to get people worked up emotionally to push gun control and to demonize guns and the people who own them?
As predictable as the sunrise ...
Hey, Barry, don’t go picking on us simply because you’ve got Danish trouble.
Do it. No AK should be without a loving home for the holidays.
I wear mine year ‘round, and covers my Kimber 1911 “Eclipse Target II” or “Custom TLE II” and Wilson Combat spare mags in the Galco paddle holsters, nicely.
How did Obama mark the Benghazi terror attack anniversary? I can’t remember.
Did he light the candles himself or did he enlist a Marine to do it so he wouldn't burn his fingers?
