Indeed

These are guys who never won nor even engaged in school bus debates, schoolyard scraps

They are not fit to represent us going after dems nor foreign leaders

Go a way!

I wish the current Tea Party was literally as militant as the originals that threw tea overboard. There should be millions of angry people marching through Washington streets. The politicians have no fear of us.

The 2nd best way is for a bunch of ACTUAL Conservatives to threaten to vote for Nancy Pelosi as Speaker if they don't have a better choice for Speaker.

A threat like that is only credible if you are willing to follow through.

You posit this solution to getting rid of Boenher as Speaker. Are you, or any body else, ready to do that with a simple Congressional seat, in order to get rid of the GOP-e influence in Congress?

That *Boner* Boehner and Mitch *in a ditch* McConnell actually try to do more damage to conservatism than Pelosi and Reid, is an obvious fact now.

Budget deal in a nutshell in easy to understand numbers.

$30,000 income per year
$37,500 spending each year
$145,000 total Debt

You tell your bank you’ve come up with a budget. You promise to cut 200.00 in spending over 10 years to reduce your debt. 20 dollars per year. $1.66 per month.

You can’t fix stupid, but you can vote them out of office.

RE :”Boehner must not be the Speaker again. The best way for that to happen is for him to be primaried...but I don't hold out much hope for that. The 2nd best way is for a bunch of ACTUAL Conservatives to threaten to vote for Nancy Pelosi as Speaker if they don't have a better choice for Speaker. At least with Pelosi you know with whom (or, more accurately, with WHAT) you are dealing. “

NO ...

What we need is one House GOP member who really disagrees with Bohner (as opposed to acting like they do to get praise) to step up to the plate and run against Bohner for the Speaker job making his case why he would be better.

None of those mice were willing to step in early January to make a case for them as Speaker.

A few like Lou Gomert TX cast meaningless votes for those not running instead, but Lou sure doesnt want that job..

They got too good a jobs now as a house members in a red districts :just vote 'no 'as their district voters want and then get praised by talk radio hosts, called ‘constitutional heroes’.

If they were Speaker the party would be over. that would be no fun

And notice you never heard Rush or Levin put any of them on the spot to run.

Bohner has security, he is The Goat.

If Pelosi could be put in for about a half day, then hold a new vote for Speaker among republicans, THEN maybe that is a workable idea.

But would Pelosi be able to block any votes that came to the floor to replace her as Speaker? If that is the case, then the idea stinks.

Better to get Boehner drunk and on tape about who paid him off, who he sold out to, how severely he is compromised, and then go after him with the grassroots demanding his resignation.

Unrelated, but your post reminds me of when someone once said:

Problem is that the “Tea Party” mostly consists of 55 and up demographics.

These are the people who are still alive who STILL REMEMBER when we had a free society where individual rights still existed, not collective rights.

The bland minds of the people younger than the 50’s have been brainwashed via media and the public school system.

It will take years for them to realize that Obamacrats have impoverished their generation.

Forgot to mention: The Over-55 group are not as ABLE to be militant and march on Wash D.C. as young people are.

So I now realize the ONLY WAY for the Tea Party to accomplish anything in this world is to recruit YOUTH who understand freedom. Think about it... That’s the only way.

The energy of youth is always been what has transformed societies, not aging baby boomers and geriatric GI generation people.

I have to admit, that was one heck of a retirement speech.

So between McConnell saying he wants to punch Tea Partiers in the mouth, and John (Boo-Hoo) Boehner saying we have lost all credibility, what to do? Maybe we need new men at the helm. These two appear out of step with those who like a two party system. Absolute compliance and submission to the leftist Ground Hogs is not a wise or winning formula. Yes, Mr. Boehner, unlike many in your closed circle, we do expect to win eventually. We are not afraid of being ‘called names’ by the New York Times. That’s what they do, what they will always do, no matter which rights we give up, it will never be enough. The Tea Party does not need to have the New York Times or Politico pat it gently on the head.
