David Horowitz had Mandella’s number and its not very high on the 0-10 scale.:its here:

“Mandela began as a terrorist and never turned his back on monsters like Arafat and Castro, whom he considered brothers in arms. When he was released from prison by deKlerk, he showed unexpected statesmanship, counseling reconciliation rather than revenge, no small achievement in a country in which the “liberation” movement (led by Mandela’s wife and party) placed oil filled inner tubes around the necks of former comrades and set them on fire.

But if a leader should be judged by his works, the country Mandela left behind is an indictment of his political career, not an achievement worthy of praise – let alone the unhinged adoration he is currently receiving across the political spectrum.”

Heres’s more”

“South Africa today is the murder capital of the world, a nation where a woman is raped every 30 seconds, often by AIDs carriers who go unpunished, and where whites are anything but the citizens of a democratic country which honors the principles of equality and freedom.

Liberated South Africa is one of those epic messes the Left created and promptly forgot about.”

David Horowitz

A great thinker and a FOUNTAIN of information about today’s Left and how they rose to power. I know he won’t, but I hope he lives forever. I can’t imagine our movement without him.

It is all Mandela, all the time. We can expect that to be the case for the next 7 to 10 days. The obvious connection is that Obama and Mandela are the same. Just as Mandela was South Africa's first black President, Obama is America's first black President. They are both great men who triumphed over a corrupt political system.

The MSM will use the Mandela story as an allegory to Obama's life story. Obama will benefit from white guilt again as he embraces his blackness. Obama's tribute at Mandela's funeral will be all about him. And it will distract from Obamacare. The figures for November's enrollment will be released at the same time Obama is in South Africa attending the funeral. Guess what will receive the most coverage.

I already can see the narrative: Obama is the "Comeback Kid," as the Obamacare PR campaign goes into hyper-drive.

Yeah...well, that won’t go over well with the black victims...who, if Africa is so great, GO BACK.

( oh, wait a minute, they tried that with “Liberia”..didn’t turn out so well.)
