I know Cupp and Beck are both persona non grata to more than a few FReepers, but I would exhort you to set aside those feelings and tune in just to show CNN what a looser they have in Pierced Organ.

Who knows. Maybe there's an executive at CNN who is series about challenging Fox News and decide to give Conservatives a fair shake.

That would presuppose SE Cupp as a real conservative.

I would not prefer to impose a stringent litmus test as regarding what constitutes a "real" conservative.

Although she has some occasional abberations from traditional conservatism (e.g. she is an avowed atheist), most of her views do, indeed, strike me as being conservative.

I really would not wish to be in the position of the proverbial Puritan, who is said to have bemoaned: "Only me and thee are pure; and sometimes I wonder a bit about thee..."

It saddens me deeply that anyone should be lost in the self-deluded morass of atheistic denial.

I think perhaps this poor girl needs counseling. Intensive, highly compassionate, one-on-one counseling with an open heart and a gentle hand.

As distasteful as this project might be, I feel moved to offer myself up to the task. I promise not to quit till she loudly calls out to the heavens.
