Good morning AB, All.

Thank you AB for doing this thread. Played three games of Candy Crush waiting for this thread. Not to worry, I made it to the next level.

Singing at mass at 10 am. Am taping all the talk shows and have opinions, will share.

Had a nice Thanksgiving, missed my beloved husband.

Got two men interested in me. Should I care? One is a lawyer and an author.

Nah.....I’ve been married four times. That’s enough for anyone.

AB - I'm sure you're pretty bummed after yesterday, but I must tell you -- that was one of the most exciting finishes to a football game I've seen in a long time.

Up here in Illinois the most exciting thing to happen in the last 2 years was breaking a 19 game conference losing steak.

Whodathunkit.

That was an amazing win for Auburn, considering that Bama was going for a field goal with 1 second on the clock.

==

Some 40 years ago I watched a college game on TV (I don’t even remember the teams). At the very last moment on the goal line, they made a play, it looked like a TD or a major stop, but it was too close to call, thousands poured onto the field.

The officials couldn’t/wouldn’t make a decision for nearly 3 days, because they had to review tapes, etc. In those days they didn’t have 500 cameras recording everything.

I also recall another college game of that same era where 3 TDs were made in something like 1 minute and 28 seconds.

Hey, I work for Auburn University. I am very proud of them. I love Alabama, too. So I’m proud of both! I’m lucky to live in the number one college football state for the past four years!

Roll Eagle!

I think Hayden called it on Obama and his free love with the Middle East.

There was a similar play at the end of the first half when the Giants played the Bears a few years ago. The Giants tried a long field goal and Devin Hester returned it for a TD. The problem is that the team kicking the field goal has slow offensive linemen on the field who can’t outrun the returner and are not used to these plays. I am surprised it does not happen more often.

Don’t feel sorry for me! I very much enjoyed the game.

I’m one of the very few in Alabama who admit to rooting for both teams. When they play the Iron Bowl, I root usually root for Alabama, but several weeks ago, and I remember telling my daughter this, there was something happening on the Plains (Auburn), and Alabama better watch out.

When Auburn beat Georgia two weeks ago with that bounced off the helmet pass, I knew that the Iron Bowl would be an awesome game.

My daughter is pretty bummed out today, and I keep laughing at her. OK, I’ll stop now!

After viewing this week’s lineup....

With the possible exception that Fox could mention the Geneva Cave In, the whole day has the look of a WTF or just a Mass Spin session. Again.

Well, we’ve still got grandkids running around after Thanksgiving, so I do believe I’ll go do worthwhile and rewarding things with them, drop back into stealth/lurk mode here and come look at the summary later.

Sorry, guys.

“Got two men interested in me. Should I care? One is a lawyer and an author.

Good morning Sister Pat, AB and all,

Sister Pat - As my dear, departed Mother used to tell me, “You don’t have to marry him, just go out with him and have a good time! And, you may meet some interesting people through him.”

From one single woman to another - if you can enjoy their company - go out with them — - -have a nice meal, glass of wine, cup of coffee, see a movie or play, walk on the beach, etc. You may have interesting conversations and a nice time. I’m fairly certain that you can keep the conversation lively :-)

My $.02 FWIW - go out with them! You don’t have to marry them or even let the relationship become hugh and series!
