Calling deathcare a property grab certainly clarifies the pic. Pretty much makes it a second amendment issue when defense of property comes into play.
My own estate will be subject to Medicaid Estate Recovery but I in no way feel like provoking a violent confrontation because of it. It is paying back the taxpayer for medical care rendered on their dime. Somewhat unfair that subsidized exchange customers aren’t subject to the same thing, but I’m not going to start a war over it.
Down the toilet we go....ho,ho,ho,ho,ho...........

“It is paying back the taxpayer for medical care rendered on their dime.”
If you’re at peace with that, I don’t have a problem with your decision.
What I have a problem with is how these government fascists came to that illegal decision.
I’d prefer that you join our team and be ready to hang these federal fascist pigs from lampposts.
There was no “decision” on my part; I was automatically enrolled along with the others you’ve read about. It is illegal for us to purchase a paid exchange plan even if we desire to do so.
we all knew what the msm would say about this. regardless of reality.
Bookmarking. I believe this medicare law is called “Estate Recovery”.
