All knowledge is subjective? Sounds like an objective statement about knowledge.

I’m way behind these guys. What are “epistemological and methodological commitments”?

Yep, your right. Forgot the prof evals. But since the non white students are raised in an environment and culture of “give it to me”, then maybe that weeds out the slackers and actual education can take place.

I really don’t feel for the prof, I’m sure he’s a hardcore leftist and I really enjoy when they eat their own.

That probably depends on your field of study. The hard sciences still attract rational people who, for the most part, are sane thinkers. That’s because people actually have to be intelligent to pursue higher study in hard sciences

That brings to mind an attorney friend of mine whose dad is an engineer. My friend likes to quote his dad who said, “There are two kinds of people in the world. Those smart enough to be engineers and all the others.”

Interesting point. Few successful parasites kill their hosts, since it is to their obvious advantage to let their hosts continue to function and support them. However, the socialism parasite invariably kills the economy that it needs to feed on.
