That misses the point entirely as having a mental disorder is not a crime. I am not saying lock em up and throw away the key. I am saying identify and get the help they need instead of allowing them to sit in Mommy’s basement playing violent video games, especially when Mommy owns the kinds of fire arms depicted as a game piece used to callously kill in the fantasy world.
I think an easier question would be, "what evidence would you need, to have the courage to say he was crazy enough to do the shooting"? After skimming through the PDF, it quickly became obvious they were performing a witch hunt for a nonexistent person to place blame and try. The reams of info on the weapons, ammo and video games also is a political agenda.
Did they hire a security guard yet?

Way to set up that straw man there. Come on, restricted does not mean jailed. If one has an identified mental disorder, one is already to some extent restricted. They are or can be precluded from many activities. Lanza was hidden away by an over protective Mom who knew damn well her son had some challenges but did nothing or little to get him the help he needed. When the report concludes that he could not function in normal society, one must ask, “then how was he enabled to do so?”
I’m sure they have at the other schools but that school has been demolished.

SHOOTER - AUTOPSY INFORMATION
The autopsy of the shooter was conducted on December 16, 2012, at the OCME.
The shooter,
age 20, was
72 inches tall and weighed 112 pounds. No drugs were found in the shooter’s
system. The
cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound to the head. The manner of
death was suicide
From the report. 6ft/112 lbs? Just asking....anybody around here know anyone 6ft/112 lbs?
At what point and at whose discretion do we start locking people up? Apparently he WAS able to function for almost 21 years in society without hurting anyone. Who gets to decide at what point that changed?
9:40:03 - Last gunshot is heard. This is believed to be the final suicide shot from the shooter in classroom 10.
And yet this is what police dispatch reported:
9:40:30: “Shooter’s apparently still shooting in office area. Dickerson Drive.”
9:49:05: “Negative on description. Shots were fired about three minutes ago.”
That would mean the final shot was fired at about 9:46.
So what happened to the six missing minutes???
So, who is going to go around and identify all these people so they can be forcibly committed? Sounds like a job for a new government agency.

Eleven minutes is near impossible to clear a school. According to the ever so brave (NOT) nurse, she was still hiding in the office for an hour or two.
They keep showing him as this thin emaciated little kid of 16 but the last photos of him show a rather normal looking 20 year old closer to 172.

Did Lanza make threats beforehand that were known? If not, then there wouldn’t be any cause to involuntarily commit him even if we had this program in place that you seem to want. Just being crazy is not enough to warrant government intervention, even if you call that intervention “help”.
No, that was msm hoopla same as the mother was a teacher there.
What is the current status of the theories that this whole Lanza massacre was a HOAX? I know that possibility seems incredible, but if they could falsify the explanation for the shoot-down of TWA flight 800, with hundreds of families of victims, AND hundreds of eyewitnesses, they could easily fake or cover up the killing of two dozen or so with there related families.
That is emaciated. How could he possibly have played DDR for hours at a time?
I think the confusion is that some people are reading the word “clear” as “everyone is safely out of the building”, when it’s probably just meant to note that the shooter is down and the threat is neutralized.
Unless those later pictures weren’t him.
If we keep pushing to “restrict” people before they’ve done anything, then we’re only encouraging Obama’s agenda. Very slippery slop there.
