There’s only one way to stop this: THE STATES. Texas can lead the way by refusing to abide by any EPA edicts upheld by the corrupt D.C. Court.

Thank you for referencing that article Zakeet. Please bear in mind that the following critique concerning the article is not being directed at you.

Regarding the Washington Post article, we’re getting multiple “realities” from the media concerning Obama. On one hand, since voters have started getting kicked in the teeth with the realities of the unconstitutional Obamacare tax tsunami, Obamacare is destroying Obama’s credibility.

Simultaneously, the media is claiming that changes in Senate procedures will make it easier for Obama to advance his socialistic agenda in his second term.

But also note the following. If patriots and former Obama supporters can get themselves organized for the 2014 elections, then the following scenario may be possible. If conservatives can win 2/3 majority control of both Houses of Congress in the 2014 elections, then Congress will be in the following position. Congress will have the authority, under the Constitution’s Clause 2 of Section 7 of Article I, to override presidential vetoes. This means that Congress will be able to repeal Obamacare, for example, without Obama’s signature. In other words, the Obama presidency will essentially be over.
