Actually it looks like Oswald felt that he had sufficient reason to kill resigned/retired General Walker, and shortly after that attempt, to kill JFK.

I would imagine that anyone with the authority to demand and enforce an audit of the Federal Reserve would quickly be placed on their list of unapproved beings. There is a reason they have never been audited and I am certain that it isn’t because their books are open for all to see.

The international banking community finances every war and conflict in our world. They control the feast or/and famine status in every community. I don’t understand why you have difficulty comprehending that if they considered it necessary to preserve their top flight power plays by ridding themselves of an uncooperative world leader that it would be considered a difficult or even an distasteful task. After all it’s just business.
