We may suppose that napscoordinator is praying not only for the recovery of the body but the recovery of the mind and the recovery of the soul. From a certain eternal perspective, praying for the recovery of the body but not that of the soul reflects a deficient understanding. Then again, that error wouldn't be the worst possible error; aspiring for the destruction of all of it reflects an understanding that's even more lacking.

Who is your enemy? Maybe my view of unredeemed human nature is not very rosy, but all of us have played the enemy to God at one time or another.

I've seen the idea around here that we'll see a change in immigration policy when a prominent Democrat (or a close family member of one) is somehow killed by an illegal immigrant, though my gut sense is that little would change.
